The EMF type lubrication pump is a 4-discharge small displacement electric lubrication pump. Widely used in mixing shafts, mixing towers and other large twin-shaft mixing main shaft end seals.
Performance and features:
The motor drives the reducer, and the reducer drives the eccentric wheel to make the plunger reciprocate in the pump body, and sequentially realize the oil absorption and oil discharge process.
There are 4 independent pump units for bearing sealing.
The pressure is up to 25Mpa, and each outlet has a safety valve to prevent the pump unit from being overloaded.
The pump unit has a small displacement and is suitable for the requirement of continuous oil supply for the shaft end seal of the mixer. The nominal flow rate of each oil outlet is 1.8 cc/min.
220VAC, 380VAC two voltages are available.
